Max spent his career in asset management, working in environments where analytical rigor and clear thinking weren't optional — they were the job. He developed a sharp eye for inefficiency and an instinct for finding where time and money were quietly leaking out of a system.

He founded Fihma Advisory to bring that same discipline to small business owners — people who are exceptional at what they do but often buried in operational friction that AI can solve. Max leads every client relationship personally.

Sam brings a rare combination: investment banking and private equity experience alongside the lived reality of running a small business. He is the owner and operator of Pez Logistics, a logistics company he actively runs — which means he knows exactly what it feels like to be the client.

That dual perspective shapes how Fihma Advisory thinks about every engagement. Sam understands both the financial logic of a business decision and the operational reality of making it work on the ground.
